All products sold through Body Labs are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, or for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. You agree not to use or allow the use of any product in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any misuse of our products, including but not limited to unauthorized administration to humans or animals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use this site. Accounts may only be created by researchers, laboratory professionals, or legally authorized representatives of research institutions operating within applicable UAE laws.

No Warranty

All content, services, and products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE laws. We make no guarantees about product performance, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of the site or products.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws.

Indemnification
